Sharing the family’s passion towards boat making, customised timber architectural elements are featured throughout the residence forming integrated wall linings, soffits, furniture and storage units. The design aims to reconfigure the penthouse apartment into a flexible living + entertainment space and a holiday home that is rooted to the family’s tradition.
